Chef Jennifer Cornell - catering in Key West
 
Classically trained chef Jennifer Cornell (The Small Chef at Large) graduated from the New England Culinary Institute, where Jerry Garcia sampled and enjoyed her catered dinner.

She has nurtured her passion for cooking over more than a decade of experience at fine restaurants and resorts throughout the Caribbean.

Jennifer has also pursued a love for the sea working as the chef on a live-aboard private luxury yacht sailing between the Virgin Islands and South America.

Mainland catered events have included the famous "Russian Tea Room" in New York City where she made brunch for Hillary Clinton and others.

Jennifer has worked many events for the Food Network, supplied kraft service for many out of town production companies & photo shoots for magazines. She has been published in Southern Living Magazine. Jennifer was chosen to be a judge at the St Croix International Food & Wine Festival 2010. She  also cooked for the homecoming dinner in St Croix which was covered by Gourmet and Food & Wine Magazines.
